ACCOMMODATION

The wedding is all based around Alfriston, and if you don't have access to a car or don't want to drive after the reception, we'd definitely recommend staying in Alfriston Village. It is a teeny tiny, very pretty village and everywhere to stay is within minutes walk of the reception venue- perfect if you fancy a glass of fizz or two!

The village has quite a range of accommodation, from family run B&Bs to fancy hotels, so there should hopefully be something for everyone. To make it a little easier for you, here's a list of where you can stay:

In Alfriston itself //
Chestnuts - from £50 a night
April Cottage - from £50 a night
The George Inn - from £70 a night
Spring Cottage - £80 a night
Riverdale House - from £90 a night
The Star Inn - from £90 a night
Wingrove House - from £120 a night
Flint Barns Rathfinney Estate - B&B and Hostel style accomodation from £35 per person a night

Nearby //
Chilverbridge House - from £140 a night
The Tiger Inn, East Dean - from £150 a night
Belle Tout Lighthouse - from £190 a night
Brighton is also only a 20 minute drive away and is chock full of hotels!

Quite a few places do have single occupancy available on request. Alfriston (and East Sussex in general) is very popular at Spring weekends so we would recommend booking somewhere as soon as you can.

For anyone who gets a bit stuck with accommodation, we do have a few spare beds at Laura's family home saved just in case. Get in touch if you need!
